Imagine the most challenging moments of your life—the heartbreaks, the losses, the sense of never quite belonging. Now imagine these moments weren’t random or meaningless. Instead, they were part of a cosmic plan, calling you to awaken, heal, and transform into the truest version of yourself. This is your Chiron Cycle… and here is my very personal experience of it…
I have a tendency to ‘naval gaze’ which is basically endless self-analysis at the expense of real-world action. I was holding back taking any actual real action until I felt I knew everything I could possibly know about my own Human Design… even writing on here…
As you approach your Chiron Return, a profound and transformative astrological transit that occurs around ages 50-51, you’re stepping into one of the most empowering phases of your life.
This isn’t just a midlife moment—it’s a soul invitation to embody the archetype of the Wise Woman, the radiant leader within you who carries deep wisdom, compassion, and courage. Whether you’re already in the midst of this transition or preparing for it in the years ahead, your Chiron Return holds the potential to unlock incredible personal power and healing.
We live in a world that often labels sensitivity as a weakness – something to suppress, manage, or hide away. But what if sensitivity is not a flaw to fix, but a gift to celebrate?
For the sensitive ones, the world doesn’t just pass by – it moves through us. I experience this every day - from my dentist telling me I’m way too sensitive to having to wear ear plugs at the cinema because it’s just too loud… to crying at seemingly random short clips on TV… see below for my top tips to manage sensitivity in a noisy world…
Going through stage 3 Bowel Cancer when I was 39 changed everything for me, but maybe not in the most obvious ways. What has emerged after the dust has settled is definitely a lot more clarity on what I actually care about. Clarity on what truly matters and what I believe my ‘purpose’ is…
If you’re around 40–41 years old and feeling a bit (or a lot) lost, confused, or like your world has been flipped upside down, you might just be in the middle of what astrologers call the Neptune square Neptune transit. This is when slow-moving Neptune hits a 90 degree angle compared to where it was when you were born- a key transit where it’s energy is amplified…
In astrology, Dark Moon Lilith represents an enigmatic and deeply transformative energy, offering insight into our rawest, most instinctual selves. Named after the dark goddess Lilith of mythological fame, this point in the astrological chart is often associated with themes of independence, rebellion, shadow work, and repressed desires….
When I first started working with a somatic therapist, I didn’t know what to expect. It felt strange at first—less like “therapy” and more like tuning into parts of myself I hadn’t fully paid attention to. We’d speak for about half an hour, then I’d get on the therapy bed and she’d do the physical work on my body that felt like a cross between Osteotherapy, massage, and trigger point release. It was often uncomfortable, but in a way that I knew it would bring relief.
Dark Moon Lilith may feel like an intense energy to work with, but her purpose is ultimately empowering.
It encourages us to embrace our complexities and contradictions, transforming feelings of rejection or shame into self-acceptance and strength.
During this once-in-a-lifetime cycle, it could feel like you’re being taken into unknown territory. Illogical or even irrational events and experiences could affect you and shake your sense of control. Or instead of external events, it might be an internal transformation that’s taking place. It could feel like your deepest fears are being realised or that drastic changes are occurring. Although this time may seem uncomfortable, it’s meant to be an initiation that will ultimately transform you….
Over the last year, I've done a lot of shadow work - going through cancer means you are basically forced to confront many different elements of yourself as you are literally put in many challenging situations - so I saw it as a growth opportunity, but over a year later, I'm still reeling from it.
Have you heard people saying they are a ‘red witch’ or ‘white witch’ and wondered quite what they meant? It’s all about how your menstrual or energetic cycle aligns with the moon cycle…
Each time we have a full moon, it will land in a different part of your Astrological chart- tuning into this can give you insights into how you can best work *with* this natural cosmic energy rather than against it. This is my quick intro guide to tap into your birth chart
Chiron is also connected to rebirth and letting go of old burdens or misguided beliefs we may have formed when younger. Sometimes I find it helps to understand the bigger picture. Sometimes when things feel a bit ‘off’ it's calling us to stop and listen. To recognise there is nothing ‘wrong’ with us, it is just a passing energy…
Back in February I was diagnosed with ADHD. I had suspected it for a while, but there is so much stigma around it. It was never a condition I had really identified with before until I started researching it. I had initially started looking into it after thinking there was a possibility my son may have a leaning toward ADHD…
I have been focusing on taking a cyclical approach to health and the way I manage my work and life for over 2 years now, and I am always discovering ways to deepen my practices. Seed cycling is just that- it gives you different seed combinations to have for the 2 main parts of the cycle- the masculine ‘yang’ building energy and the feminine ‘yin’ declining energy.
What is the difference between a Vision and Mission Statement? How can they help you have clarity on your next steps? What are some great examples of these statements by well-known companys? Read on to find out!
You may hear people talking about accessing the 5th dimension and wonder what they are actually talking about… we are going through a planetary shift right now. It’s something I’ve been learning a lot about over the last year…
Does your menstrual cycle sync with the moon? Ever wondered what it means if you have a pattern of bleeding with a certain phase of the Moon? Find out all about white, pink, red and purple cycles!
Life moves in 7 year cycles. It takes approximately 7 years for all the cells in our body to be renewed. It takes 4 of these cycles to be completed for a Saturn return to happen. (Your first one is around age 29). Approximately every 7 years (depending on retrogrades) we see an important shift as a new aspect is made…
Applying a cyclical approach can be challenging if you are paying attention to both your cycle and the Moon Cycle and they don’t align. What do you pay attention to? This is a follow-on from my previous post outlining the different types of cycle you can have in terms of where the moon is when you bleed…
Ok I’ve realised for quite a long time that I’m an empath, but over the last year that has evolved into Clairsentience. I feel vulnerable for putting this out there, but the way I’ve experienced it over the last few months means I can no longer just put it down to random feelings. So what is the difference between empaths and Clairsentients?
