It’s time… it’s time that we as women moving through these key transits that happen between ages 38-53 take back our power! For me, it was becoming aware of the larger cycles at play that allowed me to step off the constant hustle and always feeling like I wasn’t quite where I wanted to be.

Astrologically and energetically, when we come to our late thirties / early 40s, there are pivotal transits (Pluto Square, Uranus opposition, Neptune Square & Chiron Return), which symbolise awakening, healing, and re-evaluating our paths. Rather than an end, this phase is a rebirth—a chance to shed outdated beliefs and redefine success on your terms.

I don’t consider myself to be in my ‘midlife’ because of all the old-fashioned connotations of that word.

Your Lilith Placement and Cycle - 9 year cycle: Lilith is the ultimate feminine power marker in your chart. She originates from the mythological figure of Lilith, who is described in various traditions as a fiercely independent and rebellious figure.

In 2022, at 39, a stage 3 bowel cancer diagnosis became a turning point in my life. With my son Leo just 4 years old, I was forced to deeply reflect on who I truly was and how I wanted to live. After years of masking my true self in over 15 corporate roles that never felt fulfilling, I realised I wanted more than just “getting by.” I wanted to create a life of joy, alignment, and purpose—one that my son could be proud of. Starting my own businesses brought glimpses of that freedom, but burnout and old patterns held me back until cancer gave me the wake-up call to finally embrace my true essence.

Now, fully clear of cancer, I’ve rediscovered myself through deep self-awareness tools like Human Design, Astrology, and Numerology. I’ve learned to align with my energy, work less, and feel more fulfilled by living authentically.
