An Unusual Woman…
An Unusual Woman is someone who has faced cancer at a younger age and come out the other side. Cancer in your 60s and 70s is hard, but cancer in your 30s and 40s is different. You are still building your life, your family, then your plans are all put on hold and you live with daily uncertainty. (I was diagnosed when I was 39).
An Unusual Woman knows that it’s about not just the medical path, but the spiritual one too.
You know that emotions are not a side note in healing – they are central.

Life After Cancer: Finding Your Way Back to Yourself
Cancer changes everything.
The diagnosis, the treatment, the relief of hearing all clear – and then the silence afterwards.
That’s when the real questions often rise to the surface:
Who am I now?
How do I trust my body again?
What matters most in this next chapter?

My Story in brief
In July 2022, at 39, I was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer. Surgery and preventative chemotherapy followed (cap-ox), and in January 2023 I officially completed physical treatment and had my chemo port removed. But my healing wasn’t finished.
It wasn’t just about my body. It was about my soul, my identity, my sense of safety, my creativity.
I had to learn how to live again – not by going back, but by becoming more of myself. I discovered who I truly was by delving deeply into my astrology and Human design, as well as going through intense therapy and trauma release work.
Now, as a Soul Psychologist, creative mentor, and someone who has walked this path, I hold space for women finding their way after cancer.
The Challenges No One Talks About
The fear that creeps in late at night.
The shift in relationships – when people want you to be “back to normal.”
The exhaustion, the fog, the way joy can feel out of reach.
The longing to feel safe in your body again.

How I Work
My approach blends creativity, spiritual tools, and gentle mentoring. Together, we create space for both honesty and hope. There are so many times I wished I could speak to someone who understood - now I can be that for you.

Spiritual Insight – weaving in Human Design, astrology, and numerology to bring perspective and meaning.
Mentoring – grounded, compassionate conversations to help you untangle fear, build trust, and imagine what’s next.
Rituals & Oracle Practices – gentle ways to reconnect with your intuition and body.
This is not about fixing you. You are not broken. This is about rediscovering your own wisdom and courage.

I work with women who have been through cancer at a younger age, completed treatment, and are now cancer free. This work is not for those still in active treatment – though I do offer resources and workshops that may support you at that stage.

Open to exploring the deeper layers of their healing journey
Spiritual, curious, and open-minded
Aware that true wisdom comes from embracing all parts of themselves – not just the polished ones

Belief Alchemy
Through years of study and self-exploration, I’ve developed Belief Alchemy—a 5-step process that draws from the timeless Hero’s Journey and guides you to reshape your beliefs, habits, and sense of self from within.
REMEMBER - Understanding your personal story and patterns. The detective phase, which as a Scorpio rising, I love! This stage is a sacred process of discovery, reconnecting you with the truth of who you are.
REVEAL - Here, we meet the parts of ourselves we often hide away, acknowledging and integrating our shadows. By validating our deeper feelings and letting go of self-protection, we open up to a new level of self-respect, acceptance, and inner freedom.
RELEASE- This stage is about release, letting go of old beliefs, patterns, and identities that no longer serve you. In this powerful process, you’ll clear space for new growth by consciously letting go of what’s ready to die.
RISE- Now, we shift perspective. Rewriting your story from a place of empowerment and compassion, you’ll begin to see yourself through a fresh lens, recognising your inherent strength and resilience.
RADIATE- Finally, you step forward as a liberated version of yourself. Armed with new practices, habits, and beliefs, you embody a truer, more empowered self, ready to share your gifts and insights with the world..
