Astrologically and energetically, when we come to our late thirties / early 40s, there are pivotal transits (Pluto Square, Uranus opposition, Neptune Square & Chiron Return), which symbolise awakening, healing, and re-evaluating our paths. Rather than an end, this phase is a rebirth—a chance to shed outdated beliefs and redefine success on your terms.
I don’t consider myself to be in my ‘midlife’ because of all the old-fashioned connotations of that word.

In 2022, at 39, a stage 3 bowel cancer diagnosis became a turning point in my life. With my son Leo just 4 years old, I was forced to deeply reflect on who I truly was and how I wanted to live. Starting my own businesses brought glimpses of that freedom, but burnout and old patterns held me back until cancer gave me the wake-up call to finally embrace my true essence.
Now, fully clear of cancer, I’ve rediscovered myself through deep self-awareness tools like Human Design, Astrology, and Numerology. I’ve learned to align with my energy, work less, and feel more fulfilled by living authentically.
