Intuitive Marketing Expert / Soul Psychologist

With over 20 years of marketing experience, I’ve helped global brands like Microsoft, Crayola, and Mercedes-Benz, as well as startups and entrepreneurs, craft strategies that inspire and deliver results. I combine big-picture thinking with practical solutions, helping women feel like marketing is a joy rather than a drain.

As a 6/2 Emo Manifesting Generator in Human design, my purpose is clear: I’m here to help empower others through synthesising information and emotions (energy in motion). I am a pattern breaker. I can translate reams of energetic information into tangible action steps and strategy and identify where you are holding yourself back. This is how I enjoy working- bringing together the intuitive alongside the real-world experience.

I’ve studied Astrology for 10 years and Human Design for over 4 years. What I realised with hindsight is that I’ve tried many different approaches that were never aligned with my natural energy flow - I’ve now alchemised that into wisdom so I can support other women building their businesses to do it with ease and flow rather than struggle and stress!

Tracy and I met when we both worked for a wellness startup last year called Kaylo - I was Head of Marketing and Tracy was our Brand Messaging Strategist and Copywriter.

For over a decade, I’ve been crafting impactful communication strategies that bridge the gap between a brand’s vision and mission and their audience’s needs and desires. I’ve had the pleasure of working with brands like Ikea, WWF, Charity People, Visit Sweden and Trafalgar Travel, in addition to an eclectic mix of small businesses and creative agencies. I believe in the importance of protecting the rights of all people and the planet we call home, which is why I am committed to working with businesses on a mission to make the world a better place.

I believe the recipe for an effective communication strategy is to mix the art of storytelling with the science of behavioural psychology and a healthy splash of emotional intelligence. As a certified Social & Emotional Intelligence Coach, my focus is on creating messaging that connects, inspires and motivates. Because at the end of the day, it’s not about B2B, or B2C, or internal comms. It’s about people communicating with people.

As a 5/1 Generator, my need for understanding led me to dive deep into the world of behavioral science, cutting through the “pretty words” to craft communication strategies that truly connect and inspire. My role is to reflect what I’ve learned while creating space for clients to uncover their own insights, untangle the chaos, and find the red threads of clarity within.
