What to Expect
✨ Grounded Arrival & Theme of the Month – Arrive and take a moment to ground yourself and say hi - each session is linked to the themes of the New Moon.
✨ Guided Meditation or Energy Activation – Sometimes a member of the group shares a channeled journey to deepen your connection to your inner guidance and align your energy for the month ahead.
✨ Sharing Circle – A safe space for open-hearted sharing, reflection, and deep listening. No pressure, just presence.
✨ Some months we have guest speakers – A member of the community shares some of their wisdom with us
✨ Closing Ritual & Integration – A final moment of grounding, gratitude, and collective intention-setting before we part ways.

About me - Your host
Hey, I’m Lauren and if you’ve ever felt like you don’t quite fit into the mainstream, you’re not alone—I get it.
As a Pisces Sun & Moon with a Scorpio Rising, I’ve always been deeply intuitive, sensitive to the energies around me, and drawn to the unseen. But for most of my life, I tried to fit into a world that didn’t feel like home. I spent years in corporate roles that drained me, wearing masks that never quite fit, and chasing an idea of success that left me feeling disconnected.
Then, in 2022—at 39, with a four-year-old son by my side—I was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer. It was the moment everything shifted. Facing my own mortality cracked me open, forcing me to truly see myself. No more hiding. No more living on autopilot. I wanted a life that felt meaningful, aligned, and real. One my son could be proud of. One I could be proud of.
Since then, I’ve immersed myself in the tools that have helped me rediscover who I truly am—Astrology, Human Design, Numerology, and Reiki (I’m a Level 2 practitioner ✨). My Scorpio Rising loves the deep, soul-searching work, while my Pisces energy craves connection and spiritual expansion. And Human Design? It showed me what I’d always felt—I thrive in community, but I don’t need to be at the center of it. My gift is bringing people together, creating spaces where others feel seen, held, and truly at home.
That’s why The Lightkeepers Circle was born. Not as a stage for me, but as a sanctuary for us—for the healers, the intuitives, the misfits who never quite felt like they belonged anywhere else. Here, you don’t have to explain yourself. You don’t have to be anything other than who you are. You just get to be.
