You may hear people talking about accessing the 5th dimension and wonder what they are actually talking about… we are going through a planetary shift right now. It’s something I’ve been learning a lot about over the last year.
The 5th dimension (5D) is the first of the higher spiritual dimensions back to Source. It’s a plane of consciousness. It’s a perceived reality. It’s a range of frequencies. It’s a state of being. The 5th dimension resonates at a higher frequency than the 3rd dimension where most people reside.
With 5D thinking, we recognise that we are all connected at the quantum level- there is no separation. We take full responsibility for the emotions we feel and the thoughts we chose, no matter what happens.
If you are a 5D thinker, you likely want to serve others, do good and spread light and love
However, we are in the midst of a global change, of more people accessing 5d thinking than ever before- it’s available to anyone. You don’t need to be a guru meditating 20 hours a day to access it.
The transition from 3D to 5D is not a one-step process for most people. It’s a state of being that we might get a taste of and then slip back and go between 5D to 3D and back multiple times. It’s a case of strengthening the muscles with the way we think and the way we respond to life happening around us.
When we go into 5D we can start to fully access our power, design our destiny
4D works a little like a lift. It can take us up, and it can also take us down. It’s the dimension of thought and emotions, and it gives us access to the 5th dimension or drops us down into the 3rd dimension. What opens the gateway to the 4th dimension is clear thought and an associated strong positive emotion. Sounds easy, but not always in practice!
In 4D, we have access to choice. In the moment we imagine a thought and experience its associated emotions, if we become aware that we are choosing that thought and can choose any other thoughts instead, we have the choice to take the higher ground.
4D actions are affirmations, vision boards, self-development work, opening your mind to new learnings. Basically it is your chance to take an upward spiral instead of the downward 3D spiral:
Notice when something triggers you- it could be something your partner says, your kid does or perhaps when you’re out driving, and someone pulls out. Notice your emotional response and observe. You are the one watching the response, watching this human innate reaction- your monkey brain. Focus and take your attention off of the negative thought and instead think of an empowering interpretation of this situation. If your response to this suggestion is ‘well what if I was justified in my response’? Think about how you experience your life- do you want to be right and angry and let these situations get to you, or empowered and in flow, vibrating at a higher level? All of reality is a visual illusion anyway- it is something we create. We all have our own ‘truth’ and always trying to make someone else see your truth is a fruitless endeavour.
I believe through tracking the Moon, it helps us to move beyond the 3D way of looking at life and helps us recognise that we are all connected. I have found it’s a great way to start pacing yourself more and step away from the 3D style hustle and striving and instead step more into allowing, receiving and opening up space in your life to elevate your way of being.
