All change!

It’s been a while since I posted. I miss updating my blog so I thought I’d aim to start sharing weekly again.

New happenings in my world include:

⟢ Getting the fourth all-clear CT Scan and Bloods
 since my cancer treatment finished (and not getting overcome by scanxiety) 

⟢ Going away for an incredible witchy retreat in Cornwall (pic below!) hosted by my brilliant friend Katy of 🦉 The Owl & The Apothecary

⟢ Finishing my role with London Speech Workshop after setting them up with some solid email marketing and social media content strategy 

⟢ Starting a new part time role as Head of Marketing for amazing Whole-Health Startup Kaylo – who’s vision and mission is so aligned with my own it’s scary!

These are my highlights, but I’ve also have had a lot to overcome- 

💥 I recognised that to truly heal after cancer, I had to face my demons – the inner voice that constantly tells me I’m not good enough. Repressing my true feelings in order not to ‘rock the boat’. 

💥 I live with ADHD on a daily basis and have been adapting the way I plan out my days and weeks to work WITH my natural energy instead of against it. Huge thanks to my coach Ebonie for giving me really deep insights into my Human Design to really lean into this! (I’m a 6/2 Manifesting Generator).

💥 In order to be truly well again, I recognised that emotional and spiritual health, and authentic self-expression are a huge part of the puzzle. It’s not something that happens overnight, but I’ve taken huge strides to work on my identity as James Clear shares in Atomic Habits – our identity is the foundation for our habits, and our habits essentially create our life. Perhaps you can sense that I’m expressing myself with a different kind of vibe?!

What About My Business?

I realised that I needed to pause and take a break whilst I heal and recover from what has been a very traumatic 3-4 years. Losing my co-working business at the start of the pandemic, finance struggles, trying to conceive for 2 years and instead of getting a positive pregnancy test, getting a positive cancer diagnosis… major surgery, chemo, all that comes with it… well it’s obviously a lot to deal with. Which is why I’ve not been in touch for a while.

But I do have new offerings coming in 2024!😎

The Heroine’s Journey course part two (ascent) will start in April. You can still join for part one (descent) and catch up if you want to join us! In this experience, we follow the Venus Cycle and release old beliefs and patterns from each chakra.

Plus…After attending the Hayhouse Writers workshop in October, I’m doing what I do best according to my Human Design – I’m writing ✍🏼 about it all to share with you in 2024.

I’m planning a book and an online course… we’ll see how it goes! Maybe I’ll write in 2024 and publish in 2025… I don’t yet know when, but I am looking to bring a few select people in for a preview of my new method which I’m sharing in the course and book.
